Metrology

Groupe CMA specializes in the machining of large-scale components and the manufacture of mechano-welded structures. Groupe CMA is also a manufacturer of standard and special machinery for various industries.

Objectives
To ensure perfect a mastery of the manufacturing processes and production quality, Groupe CMA’s Metrology Department has several missions :

• to control the whole of the production,
  
• to ensure measuring traceability,
  
• to link the instruments up.

• TESA measuring column, 3000x1500,
  
• “Palmer” gauges,
  
• Gauge blocks,
• Lofting table 5000x4000x1500
• Granite surface plate. Finishing station,
• Tridimensional probe on Renishaw sensor machine.
